1 Year Advance Parts Replacement with escalation to 5x9x2nd Business Day on-site labor support (Silver Support) followed by 2 Years of Return to Factory (Bronze Support).

5x9x2nd Business day = Dot Hill Authorized Technician will arrive at customer site within 2 business days after the need for an on-site support call is determined. If a standard FRU replacement is all that is required, Dot Hill’s technician may elect to walk the end user through a simple FRU replacement.
